Black Hole Manufacturing joins AMC's Protectorate

On Year 19 Day 24, Black Hole Manufacturing, lead by Chief Executive Officer Peter Kurten and Chief Operations Officer Dahm Johnson, signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with the Alliance of Mercenary Consortiums thereby joining AMC's Protectorate. AMC has had many dealings with the Production Faction in the past and had previously relied heavily on their vast production capabilities to fulfill numerous Military Contracts prior to the creation of AMC-ITECH which then absorbed most of those internal needs. With the acquisition and subsequent improvements on the Assassin Droid design by AMC’s highly trained and innovative Corps of Engineers in the Mechanized Infantry Division, most of AMC-ITECH's infrastructure has been shifted to roll out large numbers of those droid units to bolster the ranks of AMC's Mechanized Mobile Infantry Legions. This created a need for another Production Faction to fill other vital needs across AMC territory. Black Hole Manufacturing was there to quickly fill that void and they have already begun to deliver as Toscan-Class 8-Q Starfighters roll off their Deep Space Shipyard assembly lines and into the squadrons of a newly forming Defensive Fleet in Glom Tho.

Black Hole Manufacturing will be tasked with the continued production of Toscans as well as Arquiten's Cruisers, Hammerhead Cruisers, BFF-1 Bulk Freighters, GR-75 Battle Frigates, Skiprays and eventually Mammoth Heavy Hauler Freighters.
In a statement released by AMC's Triumvirate Council shortly after ratification of the Strategic Alliance Agreement, Proconsul Max Ameeno Bacca was quoted as saying, "We are proud and honored to welcome Black Hole Manufacturing to our Protective Covenant and we look forward to their massive production capabilities adding additional firepower to AMC's Fleets across AMC territory and across the charted Galaxy.
