AMC Takes Control of the Kesh Sector, Dousc System and the planet Ebra
The Discovery
A Celestial Knight from the Force Order, Celestial Kingdom emerges from a deep Force Meditation with a premonition. He contacts AMC's Triumvirate Council with his findings. His Order has honed their skill in the Force to meditate on areas of Deep Space to search for previously unknown celestial bodies as the Force binds and travels through all matter. Through these currents in the Force, he has sensed something...
The Triumvirate Council hears the Celestial Knight's report and Proconsul Shri Bacca immediately prepares an expedition to investigate. BFF-1 Bulk "System Stalkers" are loaded and they and their crews head out to survey the deep expanse of space in the region described in the report.
As the ships prepare to come out of hyperspace, Proconsul Shri Bacca makes his way to the bridge of the Flagship. He does not want to miss what may lie ahead.
Jubilation erupts as the ships sensors come to life as soon as the ships break hyperspace and crew members rush to windows to witness for themselves the first glimpses of the newly discovered System before them. One large sun shines brightly in the center of the System and a solitary planet can be seen. There are no lights from sprawling cities on its surface, no space stations or satellites in its orbit. It appears to be as untouched as the day it was first formed in the cosmos.
On the Proconsul's command, the Expeditionary Fleet makes its approach to investigate.
The plant's surface is scarred with craters over most of its surface, although it also has several large mountain ranges and rocky plains and plateaus as well as several glacial regions. As noted from orbit, they encounter no cities or at least no cities as we would know them, but as they descend and traverse the surface at low altitude, primitive dwellings and cave-like city structures come into view. This planet has life!
Soon, sentient life forms, who also take note of the Expeditionary Fleet overhead, and various roaming creatures are also noted on the surface. No hostility is shown by the planet's inhabitants as they peer at the sky at the passing ships. After running planet wide diagnostics and scanning the surface, Proconsul Shri Bacca selects the largest of the primitive "cities" to land and he personally heads up a delegation from the Diplomatic Corps to make first contact with the inhabitants of this new world.
The Alliance
After making contact with the native inhabitants of the planet, through the use of Protocol Droids which quickly deciphered and translated their native language, Proconsul Shri Bacca was able to meet with and have a series of conferences with the leadership of the planet which is made up of a council of clan-leaders called the Ghantar. That ruling council elects a leader called a Fyaban. It is learned that the inhabitants of the planet call themselves Ebranites. They reported that they call their home Sector Kesh, their System Dousc and their planet Ebra.

It is also quickly learned and becomes apparent that the Ebranites are fairly primitive in their way of life, yet they are intelligent and display the characteristics of a fierce warrior race. They have extensive cave-like city systems and remarkably advanced hydrothermal systems deep within the planet. They are not a space faring race yet they seem familiar with the concept as they have done extensive study of their night sky and they have mapped all of the visible Systems with remarkable accuracy.
Through a week of conferences, negotiations and sharing of technologies, an accord is reached where the Ebranites, many of whom are eager to share in the adventures of space travel, agree to join the Alliance of Mercenary Consortiums and have their planet come under the control of AMC's Protective Covenant.
Growth and Prosperity
Through this alliance, AMC will be allowed to build modern cities, military installations, production and commerce centers as well as mines which will all help to develop the infrastructure of the planet. The planet and its surrounding System will be protected by a series of AMC Space Stations as well as a standing Military Fleet and the entire Kesh Sector will become the sovereign territory of AMC and will be regularly patrolled to ensure continued security to Ebra and its inhabitants.
At the conclusion of the conference and after the signing of what has been named the "Ebra Accord" bringing the planet, System and surrounding Sector under AMC's domain, Fyaban Tak Tarkus and Proconsul Shri Bacca embraced having formed a strong bond and mutual respect for each other, knowing that this Accord will benefit both the inhabitants of Ebra and AMC as a whole. The addition of this territory has aided in ever widening AMC's sphere of influence in the Galaxy and it will certainly aid in enhancing the peace, prosperity and stability to this section of the Galaxy.
As each Clan Leader from the Ghantar Council emerges from the signing ceremony for the "Ebra Accord" they announce their commitment to the Treaty to the cheers of their clan members. This Treaty and Alliance has been accepted with open arms by the populace of the planet.
